C&C (ongoing)

Very Specific Scenarios!

At the centre of C&C - Very Specific Scenarios (Fabian Chyle & Claudia senoner) stands the research and development of the most diverse improvisation formats, testing the conventions and limitations of dance aesthetics, and dissecting traditional patterns of movement.

The concept of Senoner & Chyle includes the creation of pieces that take place in spaces outside the theatre. Here, sounding the depths of space and architecture becomes the specific hallmark of their work. Their image worlds are defined by associations and collages that evoke lasting impressions.

Their interdisciplinary work is marked by close contacts to artists from the areas of new/electronic music (Mark Kysela and Nikola Lutz, among others), video art (Alexander Schmidt and Anja Uhlig) and new media/live streamings (Arndt Wirth).

The repertory includes pieces location- and subject-related works, miniatures, improvised scenarios, and interactive work that allows the audience to take part in the goings-on in a very specific way.
